Furnace Cleanings & Inspections Now Available for Income Eligible Residents

The City of Euclid is pleased to announce the return of the Furnace Cleaning & Inspection Program for 2022 / 2023!

Make sure your furnace is running well during these cold months!

Back for the fall of 2022 and through winter of 2022 and 2023, the Office of Special Projects, through the City of Euclid’s Department of Planning and Development’s Division of Community Development, offers a one-time Furnace Inspection and Cleaning to income-eligible Euclid homeowners.

Utilizing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Furnace Cleanings and Inspections will be provided at no cost to income-eligible Euclid homeowners who reside in their homes.

Residential furnace safety inspections and cleanings will be done by a licensed HVAC professional.

This program will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis until the weather breaks in the spring of 2023.

For more information about this program, including complete eligibility requirements and getting pre-qualified, please contact the  Office of Special Projects at (216) 289-8562 or Special Projects Manager Jim Fialko at jfialko@cityofeuclid.com.
